Privacy policy

This notice explains what personal details are collected on www.hbgbs.co, for what purpose, and what your rights are, in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law 1981, including Amendment 13.

Who collects the information

Database owner: The Heeby Gee Bees band. Privacy enquiries: booking@akavishmusic.co.il.

What is collected and why

• Contact form: name, phone, email, subject and message. Purpose: to answer your enquiry and arrange a show. You are not legally obliged to provide these details; without them we cannot get back to you.
• Members’ club: name, email, phone (optional) and your consent. Purpose: sending show announcements, invitations and perks by email and messages. Joining is voluntary and you can unsubscribe at any time by writing to booking@akavishmusic.co.il.
• Technical data: when you submit a form we also store a hash of your IP address to prevent abuse, together with the time of submission. We use no tracking cookies and no advertising tools.

Accessibility preferences

Your choices in the accessibility menu (contrast, text size and so on) are stored only in your browser’s local storage and are never sent to us.

Who receives the information

Submissions are stored on the Cloudflare services that host this site and are forwarded to the band and its booking agency by email and by a Slack message so we can handle them. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to filter automated submissions. We do not sell or pass your details to anyone else.

External services embedded in the site (YouTube, SoundCloud, ticket sites) load only after you click them, and from then on those providers’ privacy policies apply.

How long it is kept

Contact-form submissions are deleted after 24 months. Members’ club details are kept for as long as you are a member and deleted when you ask to be removed.

Your rights

You have the right to see the information held about you, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to withdraw your consent to receive updates. Write to booking@akavishmusic.co.il and we will handle your request promptly.
